Machinery
Technical Regulation of Custom Union "On safety of machines and equipment" (TR CU 010/2011) applies to machines and (or) equipment for industrial or household usage. This TR CU defines the minimum necessary requirements for safety of machines and equipment during design (construction), manufacture, installation, setting up, operation, storage, transportation, marketing and disposal in the purposes for safety, life and health of citizens, property, environment protection, life and health of animals and prevention of the actions misleading consumers.
TR CU 010/2011 offers 2 approaches for conformity assessment: CoC and DoC for a batch (single) delivery or serial production and is valid in Russia, Belarus and Kazakhstan.

- Household woodworking equipment
- Snowmobiles
- Garage equipment
- Agricultural machines
- Automatic gardening machines
- Machines for animal and poultry farming, feed-processing
- Power tools
- Saw machines
- Foodservice equipment
- Mining equipment
- Load lifting machines, load lifting cranes
- Machines, used at high-risk industrial facilities
Other types of machinery are under mandatory Declaration of conformity procedure.
Important!!!
"Permit to Use" is a document confirming that the technical device can be used or applied on dangerous industrial objects. This procedure is applied in most of the Russia Area countries and has its own internal specific regulation.
